Time: 10.30am to 4.30pm
Free parking available on the beach by the hall. Remember to bring a mat and a blanket, but don’t worry if you don’t have one—we’ll provide some spares!
Sandra is a qualified Life Coach and Yoga Teacher who is passionate about self-awareness as a gateway to truly understanding who you are and what makes you tick.
