Are you navigating the uncertainty of big, midlife changes & did you lose yourself and your wellbeing somewhere along the line? Are you feeling lost & emotionally stuck, searching outside yourself for answers?


In today's world midlife women can find themselves feeling lost and stuck in stress and uncertainty while navigating some huge life changes, physically,  in their relationships, homelife and at work. 


This midlife journey can bring challenge,  confusion and unpredictability. It  sometimes leads us to overwhelm, feeling a sense of disconnection from ourselves and alone in our experience. We can often feel on high alert, more anxious and our body feels uneasy. In this uncomfortable place our fight/flight or freeze nervous system response is running the show and if we find ourselves here often, or get stuck in these places it can cause havoc with our health and wellbeing.  


Every woman is unique in how they experience this transition and whether it's a hormonal or non-hormonal approach that's the support of choice, we should not underestimate the vital role our autonomic nervous system and our energy body plays in our experience. Challenge and adversity will come but it's how we relate to our bodily reactions to it that's key. Opening up to our body-mind connection and a deeper conversation with ourselves will help us build more inner resilience so we can get back on track faster after the unexpected comes.


Returning to your inner senses, uniting the body-mind pathways will help you find the inner anchor you're craving. It'll bring a new perspective to the relationship with yourself so you can support and optimise your wellbeing during menopause and beyond.

Hello, I'm Emma

If you're going through this midlife transition, I'd like to support you to forge a new perspective on the relationship you have with yourself and build your inner resilience through your body-mind connection. 


My sessions and workshops will give you a safe place to land where you can gently connect with yourself and explore what needs attention and healing. My background is in holistic counselling/ coaching and energy healing, I especially focus is working with the vagus nerve and the autonomic nervous system, along with the body's energy systems to support your journey though this transition. It's a big old voyage of self discovery! 


On my own midlife journey and working with others, I've seen how this approach empowers us to join up the dots of our life, make lasting, positive changes and find ways to optimise our emotional wellbeing, inner resilience and health.
