I’m Emma, a polyvagal-informed holistic therapist offering a compassionate blend of nervous system support, energy healing and emotional wellbeing practices to help you feel grounded, steady and whole again.
Here at Heartscape, I offer tools and spaces that gently bring you home to yourself - so you can navigate this next chapter with more ease and clarity.
So many midlife symptoms - hot flushes, mood swings, insomnia, fatigue are worsened by chronic stress. As estrogen and progesterone decline, elevated cortisol (your stress hormone) amplifies everything:
This creates a vicious cycle:
More stress → more symptoms → more self-judgment → more stress
We'll explore ways to interrupt that cycle.
With the right support, your body can find more restoration and steadiness and you can feel more like yourself again.
This isn't about fixing yourself and it's more than symptom management. It's about remembering who you are beneath the pressure and finding a path back to you. I call it the Lost to Liberated journey - a map from overwhelm to self-led living, guided by the nervous system, energy healing and rooted in compassionate self-care.
This is the work that brings your nervous system back into regulation and your self-trust back online.
