Are you navigating the challenges of midlife and menopause, feeling disconnected from yourself? You're in the right place. I'm Emma, a polyvagal-informed holistic therapist specialising in women's wellbeing and self-discovery during this transformative phase of life.
As a Reiki practitioner and holistic counsellor, I help women like you heal and forge a healthier relationship with themselves. My approach combines energy balancing techniques, nervous system support and compassionate self-care practices to meet the unique challenges of menopause.
In today’s world, midlife women can feel lost and stuck in stress and uncertainty as they navigate the menopause transition, dealing with huge changes emotionally, physically, in relationships, homelife and at work. This often leads to feelings of overwhelm and a sense of disconnection, causing nervous system imbalance and potential burnout.
This stress impacts your health and wellbeing, making menopause symptoms feel much worse.
Studies show the gentle, healing practice of Reiki rebalances your body's systems, including the hormonal system, bringing deep relaxation, reducing stress, anxiety and pain. This stress reduction has a beneficial impact on menopause symptoms like hot flushes, insomnia and mood swings. It supports your body's natural healing processes and helps it adjust to the changes you're going through, beautifully integrating with other menopause therapies and treatments such as HRT.
