A two part journey
These workshops are a very personal offering evolved over time to support women through midlife transition, menopause and life change.
This isn't simply a values exercise. It's designed to help women reconnect with themselves at a time when life has shifted and many feel uncertain about who they are becoming.
It grew from noticing how many women arrive in midlife having spent years caring for others, responding to expectations, or living according to roles that no longer fit. When those roles begin to change, they often lose their sense of direction.
This offers a gentle, practical journey to rediscover your own inner guidance, your inner compass, so you can find your way through change with more clarity, confidence and self-trust.
"Really great support when life is at a crossroads." - Workshop Attendee

For when life has shifted and you're unsure of the way forward.
Your invitation
Feeling unsure of the way forward, or uncertain about who you're becoming? This is a warm, heart-centred space to pause. Over our time together you'll be gently guided to discover your core personal values, the things that matter most to you. Think of them as your inner compass, the quiet sense of direction that points you towards yourself, so that once they're clear, you can navigate all this change with more certainty and a clearer path back to you.
You'll be invited to:
There's something quietly affirming about sitting with other women in their own season of change, and hearing your experience echoed in theirs.
"Nice to hear about others, so you feel part of something bigger." Workshop attendee
What to expect
A gentle blend of discussion, reflection, embodiment work, guided visualisation and vision boarding, and some lovely, warm connections with like-minded souls.
When
3rd October or 15th November - in person, Helston - 10am to 2.30pm
£45, includes materials and refreshments
Groups are kept small and intimate, so places are limited

For women who've walked through Finding Your Compass and are ready to go deeper.
"It's too easy to be busy and distracted and not live by your values, even once you know them. This workshop gives you the chance to fully embed them, to understand what happens when you're out of alignment, and to keep yourself on track."
- Workshop attendee
Your invitation
In the first workshop you found your inner compass, your core personal values. Think of them now as your waymarkers, the signs along your path that point you back to yourself whenever the way ahead gets unclear. But when life gets full, it's all too easy to become distracted and let them quietly drift into the background.
This is a warm invitation to return to the safe space you know, revisit your values, check they still feel true, and learn to trust them enough to lean on them when it matters.
This is where the deeper work begins. Over our time together you'll:
And, as ever, you won't be doing it alone. There's real strength in returning to a circle of women who understand the journey, and in seeing how far you've each travelled since you began.
"Hearing how much difference embedding these values had made to everyone since Workshop 1, there was real power and change in that."
- Workshop attendee
What to expect
A gentle blend of reconnection, reflection, nervous-system and body-based work, guided meditation, and a creative process where you'll craft a personal symbol for each of your values, a potent anchor, a waymarker you can call on whenever you need it.
