This way of living just isn't sustainable & often leads to burnout. When you're stuck in this place it plays havoc with your health & wellbeing.
Uncertainty, adversity & change are part of our human experience but when challenge comes, it's how you respond to your body's reactions to it that's key. Cultivating a compassionate self-care mindset will give you the framework to open up a deeper conversation with your whole self, body, mind & heart. From here you can give your nervous system & body what it needs to support you so much better. It will transform the way you show up for yourself & others.
