Join myself and Sandra Cassidy from Sandra Cassidy Yoga as we take a break from the everyday to deeply relax, ground and re-balance during autumn.
£60 per person including a light vegan lunch
This Winter retreat will give you the opportunity and space to nourish and support your body, mind and spirit in this darker time of the year. Mixing gentle yoga, mindful breathwork and meditation, it'll be a deeply restful day designed to help you leave the world behind for a few hours, restore nervous system peace and emotional balance so you leave feeling gently reconnected to yourself. A light vegan lunch will also be supplied.

Emma is a qualified holistic therapist working with Polyvagal Theory through counselling and energy healing. Her focus is to help you join up the dots of your life and forge a new kind of relationship with yourself, one that unites body, mind and heart so you can navigate life with better emotional health, wellbeing and purpose.
